One-to-one executive coaching on AI for senior leaders who want a confidential, focused space to think clearly about technology, strategy, and leadership. Sessions are led by Professor Sue Turner OBE.

The standard engagement is six one-hour sessions, delivered as a mix of in-person and online conversations, shaped around the questions you bring. We work with senior executives in the UK, Europe, and globally.

What executive coaching on AI looks like

This is not a generic AI training course. It is a coaching relationship with someone who has sat in the chair, on the board, and at the executive table. We use the time to work through the AI questions actually on your desk: a procurement decision, a board paper, a tricky conversation with the CTO, a strategic call about where to invest, or a worry that has been sitting in the back of your mind.

Each session is confidential and shaped around your agenda. Between sessions you will have a clear next step to test in the real world.

What you will get out of it

  • A clear personal view on where AI helps and where it adds risk for your role and your organisation
  • The vocabulary to challenge vendors, advisers, and your own teams with confidence
  • Practical decisions made on real questions rather than theoretical case studies
  • A perspective from someone outside your reporting lines, with no agenda except your success
  • A trusted space to think out loud about the harder questions AI surfaces

Who it is for

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from AI training?

Training builds general knowledge across a group. Coaching is one-to-one and works on your specific decisions, in confidence. Many leaders use both: AI literacy training for the team, and coaching for themselves.

How long is the engagement?

Six one-hour sessions, usually spread over three to six months so you have time to apply what you discuss between sessions.

Can sessions be delivered online?

Yes. The standard format is a mix of in-person and online, but a fully remote engagement is fine if that suits you better.

Who is the coach?

All sessions are with Professor Sue Turner OBE personally.

Do you work with leaders outside the UK?

Yes. We work with senior executives in the UK, across Europe, and globally.
